Moving .md3s, HOW TO??

Hi there

 

What I actually did is a hole in the wall with a func_door platform on the ground that pops out of the wall trigger-activated.

Now I want to add a .md3 model to the platform that moves out upon the platform as I step on my trigger.

The problem is that it does not move and because it is no brush I can't make it a func_door. Is there any way to fix this and make this effect work, because it would add much spirit to my map.

Hi

 

There's probebly a much easier way of doing it but all i can think of is to use a func_train as the model and then activate the train at the same time as your platform.
