Shaders not working

Ok, for almost every shader I try to load, it always says that its not found, the only shaders that are ever actually found are the glass shaders and the water shaders, is this supposed to happen??? i see all these shaders especially when i open the skies texture group, and i see a whole bunch of shaders that failed to load. Can someone help me??

 

PS is there a "Nodraw" texture somewhere in GTKRadiant, I went through a tutorial made for Q3 and it had a Nodraw texture in there a couple times that i couldnt find.
