Just wanted to say thanks for the maps and couple of suggestions. As a server admin I like to host new maps. It makes it a lot easier if the recommended game type for the map is at the beginning of the name. ie. duel_mymap or ctf_mymap. When I have 30 or 40 maps on my HD it gets hard to pick out the ones that are the same gametype. I understand some maps can be played in more than one gametype and I would suggest putting the gametype that you recommend in the beginning.

 

And please add bot routes. I hate it when people kick my bots because they just jump around. I like to use my bots as security by naming them as me. People never know the difference (the bot usually plays better than me though LoL) untill you hit a map that has no route.

 

These are just some suggestions. If you would like to see your map in play it sure does make it easier for some of us, many of you already do it.

I agree on the part about bot routes, as well as naming your map appropriately. It's good to hear feedback from the server admins that run our maps that we make. Hope one of my maps is gettin played on your server ;)...

It's not that hard. Bind the commands to different keys.

That way you can just run around and push the key giving that place a waypoint.

Then why release? You should take the time to finish the map truly by adding the botroutes, else it's almost considered unfinished to me.

Couldnt you just add the bot route from another map?

 

Of course it wouldnt be good and the bot might get stuck somewhere, but at least he wouldnt just jump around. Seems the bots kinda do thier own thing once someone gets close anyways.

i have to aggree crappy bot waypionts are better then none at least the bots will stand on the ground if all else fails only have the bots go in one spot a flat platform of somekind or open space and then just make a few waypionts its really not hard just bind the comman to a key

ps: im working on a quick fun jump pad ffa based on the TFC map spaceball it will also supportt jedimaster, capture the thing, holocron(maybe), and i might throw in some flags for a small CTF

this map is for guns, sabers, and no focre jump

Well currently I have about 20 maps in my rotation.

Duel, no force, called AOD Stomping Grounds Ip:216.234.143.46

I also run it ctf or ffa once in a while.
