dual installs of 1.02 and 1.03

I have 1.02 installed. when I try to install again so that I can have 1.03 loaded as well, it wont install. In fact, trying straight from the cd I only get the option to un-install the game.

 

I'd really like to have both versions loaded.

 

is there any way to do this?
