I find that jumping around alot will confuse your enemy, but don't get confused yourself;)

I'm a fan of the light saber constantly twirling method slashing upwards and down at the feet.

 

Do a turn or to counter clockwise followed by a quick clockwise turn and u can usually get a slash in

 

can do the same with the medium style... just have to be more careful about counter attacks

 

 

for strong style i usually try a left to right slash to knock them off balance and than top to bottom slash and that will usually cut right through their defense and kill em
