Darth Jericho Posted June 13, 2002 Share Posted June 13, 2002 so i went back to win xp and i figured id reinstall jkII and all of a sudden my comp takes a dump and restarts spontaneously. Now when i go to run the installer an error window comes up saying An installation suppor file could not be installed The file name, directory name, or volumae label syntax is incorrect So if someone could please help me so i could play this game again please please speak up. thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
