How kick a person Without Call Vote

I have a Linux server and don't know how kick a person without Call Vote !?

what command it is hmmm ? plz

I think all you have to do is type,

 

kick (player name)

 

I know it works on bots. If it doesn't work, try

 

/kick (player name)

 

Other than that, I dunno. Never ran a server.
