MarkGamer
Whenever i try to play single player, i get this message:ERROR: filename length > MAX_QPATH ( strlen(Program Files/LucasArts/Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast/GameData/base/levelshots/) = 78) . how do i fix that? I have reinstalled it twice and that didnt work. I have played single player before so the problem is not my graphics card. Thank you.

Lionen
That firingforce parameter was a problem i had earlier too. I cleaned the disc and reinstalled it, and then it worked...
Robbiesan
I had teh problem with the file "reactor" as well.. I moved it out of the base folder when I played SP and all is well.. maybe a file has become corrupted.. best bet is to reinstall the game.. Sutek
Make sure that you clean the disk properly before reinstalling, and that you wipe out the old installation first (delete everything bar the save files). I also took a backup copy of my assetsn.pk3 files and placed them elsewhere, then if I thought I might have a corrupt pk3 file problem, I just retored the originally installed set. You may have a recurring problem because some install progs won't overwrite a newer file with an older, and a corrupted pk3 file would have a newer date that the one installed (in theory, it may also be bad cleaning because of a fault). Speaking of clearing up, also delete everything in the c:\windows\temp folder, you don't need any of it (unless something is very weird).
