Stealth_Shot
Anyone know what programs I can use to record a sound from a movie that I have on my computer? I want to record some sounds from the Episode I DVD. I have already tried to use Creative Recorder (I dont think it works with WinXP, I uninstalled and reinstalled but couldn't get it to work). Anyone know what else I could do/use? Thanks, all help needed.
drjimmy515
Just to clarify things, we're talking about an .avi rip of Episode I, not the DVD itself? In that case, get yourself a copy of virtualdub (http://www.virtualdub.org), open the video, save the .wav, and pick out and save the parts you want in mp3 with your favorite sound editor. CoolEdit (shareware) would be a good choice, but I'm sure there are some freeware programs out there too.
