I mean, they really dont seem important enough in relation to the StarWars universe to make a whole Civ? Personally, I think it would have been cool to only have 4 civs, REBELS (merged with wookies,calamari, etc.) , GALACTIC EMPIRE, NABOO (merged with gungans), and the TRADE FEDERATION. It would have made things more true to the starwars universe. And not like im picking on Wookies or gungans or anything...it just would have been more accurate.
