Slo-Mo?

Can anyone tell me how to get the Slo-mo mod to work? I have downloaded it but i am unsure where to put the files. They r not .pk3 files. So how do you get them to work?

Put it in your base folder and were can i download it ?

I got it, put it in my base folder, it desn't work. I even tried the scripting bind in the console. I don't know what i'm doing wrong either:mad:
