Jedimoves blue style faster as normal blue style?

sometimes i think the onehanded blue style is faster as the normal one.

Yes, it technically is a little faster, because the animation for the one-handed swings is slightly faster than that of the two-handed swings. The way the style chains is not faster, just the animations.
