BanthaFodder Posted June 27, 2002 Share Posted June 27, 2002 Not exactly. I don't beleive you can change the cost but you could offer a "cashback" scheme. You would still require the resources to build at full price but have a trigger to tribute back some of the cost. I think that will be as close as you will get.
