It's the JK2 sourcecode changes Raven would like to see I believe... Some guy distributed an "unnofficial 1.04 patch" also... It tweaks the game so that backstab is more fair and other things... It's a MOD basicly, NOT a patch, so you can still join 1.03 games, although you'll have a disadvantage...
