keto Posted June 25, 2002 Share Posted June 25, 2002 extract the assets0.pk3 (or atleast the models/weapons2/saber parts of it) using winzip. in the directory models/weapons2/saber you will find saber.jpg this is the default skin for kyles saber. edit that to make your own skin and create a false base directory ie: models/weapons2/saber/ and put your new saber.jpg in that select the new false models directory and create a pk3 using again winzip. make sure to keep the file structure the same as the game does. put the pk3 in your base directory and start playing , to my knoledge this shoudl work. chaning your avatar i think is some were in your profile clikc on the user cp button at the top of the forum and it shoudl be somewhere in there. hope this helps, and good luck to you -keto Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
