whoa thats a majorly general question.... i dont use ms so i cant help ya.

First load up tutorial at the milkshape website. Filimarize yourslef with the enviroment. The basically all you do is stack primivites. Or use extrude. If you have trouble with uvw mapping i'll map it for you. Casue I am in such a good mood ... Think of it as a NOOB prize.
