1.03 and Video Issues

I upgraded to 1.03 today, and now when I load a level, everything flashes and strobes. The worse areas are the dark areas like the celing and outside by the bar.

 

Any Clues? Is there a setting I can tweak to fix this?

 

I am currently running WinXP, GeForce 2 GTS, P3 1gig, 512 PC 133, IBM Ultra 160 SCSI. I also have a Asus TUV4X motherboard.

 

Another issue is that I can't seem to get it to run in 4X, I have the latest BIOS Flash installed, and the newest 4in1 drivers. I also have the newest Nvidia drivers 29.42.
