MDL_Sas Posted July 4, 2002 Posted July 4, 2002 I am not to sure on all of it.. but I can tell you you can go towww.cnet.com and type mp3 in search criteria.. and it should come up with some trial software that will allow you to change cd format into a wav file then into a mp3.. After that i think you just add a folder named sound with the mp3 in it to go along inside your pk3 and just attach the mp3 to your worldview or whatever command on jk2 radiant..
Arkule Posted July 4, 2002 Posted July 4, 2002 from http://www.download.com you can find a nice program called FreeRipMP3. That will take your songs off the cd and put them in mp3 format. Then put the song into the music or sounds (i don't think it matters, i use music personally) folder. In the editor, type "n" to get the entity list. When the little window pops up, look on the list for the worldspawn. When you see it, click it. Then on the two lines at the bottom, on the first type music. on the second, type the path to your file (/music/filename.mp3) and recompile. I think that will work.
