With character studio is it possible to weight the bones and mesh. I was wondering this becasue, that is really the purpose of the program, especially if it is a humoid model. Or is it that it doesn't work for the skeleton that we want a fix it to.

The xsi exporter that we have been given uses default max bones and takes its weightings from the skin modifier. I do not believe it pays any attention to the physique modifier or the biped object.
