Unpure Client Questions

OK, well when i join some games i get this unpure client detected message. The main problem is people have been accusing me of cheating which i sure as hell am not. I despise cheaters.

 

Why do I get this message? Is it the models and maps i have in my base folder? Is it the auto exec i set up?

 

This is all i have in the auto exec.

Could the bound messages (im really sick of whiners so i had to put them in there, hehehehe) cause me to be seen as an unpure client?

 

Anyone know? Please help me out.
