Sith Inquisitor Posted July 5, 2002 Posted July 5, 2002 I just watched ROTJ for the first time in awhile. In the final duel scene, Vader comes to the realization that Luke has a sister. So, apparently he was only aware of Luke being born. That was the first time I noticed that.

Vader has since felt his tremor in the Force and realizes that Luke is his son. Also because he bears the surname Skywalker. Vader makes Luke realize that he was once Anakin Skywalker, his father. Leia is Leia Organa and not trained in the Force at the moment, therefore, Vader knows nothing of her past. Not to mention Leia remembers nothing of the name Skywalker, only Organa. It's all in the feelings methinks.
