Make a directory with your map's name in your JK2 directory, in the form: GameData/data/textures/your_map_name/

 

Place all the textures you want in that directory.

 

Make sure the dimensions of the texture are powers of 2 (2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, or max 1024).

 

Save it as a JPEG (non-progressive - baseline or baseline optimized only) or as a TGA.

 

That should be it...
