Old Dark Forces Series Levels in JK2? (Poll)

Should someone create a map pack of old JK and Dark forces levels?

Nope---DF was a great game when it released--but I really do not want to see what I would consider boring maze-like lvls that consist of--grab key, unlock door, shoot baddies, get lost, grab key, unlock door, shoot baddies, get lost, grab key, unlock doorgrab key, unlock door, shoot baddies, get lost, grab key, unlock doorgrab key, unlock door, shoot baddies, get lost, grab key, unlock doorgrab key, unlock door, shoot baddies, get lost, grab key, unlock door---

 

You get the idea.

 

 

Now seeing Jedi Knight remade---

Umm, I actually have assembled a team to start working on the jk1 levels. It's going to be a mod.

Plus, someone is working on a df tc.

Cool is the mod going to be all single player or are there going to be some MP maps?

The TCJK1 Team will probably release some of the mp maps.

Well, almost all of the old JK maps have been remade---multi player that is---and why remake them anyway--all you have to do is import and texture them....but then again--it wouldent look as nice...

 

The Leia engine just can compete with the Quake III engine.

Do you know where I can download some of the old ones? I have only been able to find a few re-made ones (N.S. loading Term., Canyon Oasis)

You haven't found any others because no one has made them yet.

There is a mod recreating the whole of the DF experience 4 JK2

weapons, maps, baddies the whole lot

im working on it as a modeller
