Custom sounds for a skin?

Hi I want to make a Skin with my own taunts.mp3, etc. But I do not know how to make custom sounds Could somebody please help me make them It would be greatly appreciated

Why not just get someone to tell you how to do it, so you can do it yourself because everybody else is more concerned with making their own skins instead of helping others make theirs.
