Kejim Base : Green radiation Room, with 3 officer dead

I am still at Kejim Base:

Green Crystal radiation room with 3 dead officers, it hurts in this room. I went and grabbed the security key. Now I am stuck.

 

tired using that key everywhere, does not work.

Is this is the key for out side small control room by the stairs ?

I tired there too, didn't work.
