I see that jk2server.cfg is compiled from a server cfg, does that prevent multiple servers to run simultaneously? thanks in advance Arker edit: is there a way to decrease map-change time once the time/fraglimit is hit and everyone has ready-ed up?
KnightHawk420 Posted July 7, 2002 Posted July 7, 2002 Multiple dedicated servers work just fine. Your only really limited by cpu, ram, and network load. As far as configs, as long as you start each server on a different port, and be sure to set implicitly anything you don't want your servers to share in the config you'll be just fine. I am running linux servers btw. And have no clue how to change that... The time it takes seems fine to me, but there does seem to be a bug that makes it wait forever now and then during a map change... Beyond that it's fine for me.
