It uniquely identify copmuters (or their network interfaces) in the internet. so each dedic server has an ip in the example above it is 206.169.69.25. The numer next to the ip is the so called port. So it looks like that knighthawk has two jk2 servers on his machine on on port 28070 and another one on 28080. One is playing Saber ony FFA and the other one Team FFa. Besides an ip you can locate servers also using more frendly names. But thats another story. If jk2 asks you for an ip. You usally put in the ip along with the port the jk2server is running.
