Another texture question

Oh, a custom texture?

Decide on a category for your textures to go into... let's say "custommap"... then make the following directory with that word:

GameData\base\textures\custommap\

Stick the new texture in that directory and it should work.

Make sure the texture is a JPEG or TGA file. Also make sure the JPEG is size in powers of 2... width and height need to be 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, or 1024.

If it's a JPEG, make sure its saved in a non-progressive format (i.e. baseline).

After restarting Radiant, custommap should appear in the texture list.
