Elevator Tutorial?

Does anyone know of an elevator tutorial or give me some info on how to make them, thanks.

well you can make an elevator like you make a door , you put either -1 or -2 for the angle (down or up ) and you make the lip as big as you want it to go up or down, and thats a very simplified way of making an elevator , you will prolly want to change other factors as well to get an elevator you would like ..but I leave that up to you or someone else who wants to add in the rest

there's a problem with that...

when youymove to make the elevator go up it won't go down while you are on it, becasue i think you would count as blocking it.

Or it would be going up that would screw it.
