I have put all my .pk3 files in gamedata\base and they show up in player setup but they dont work in game? Are all skins server side? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Arkule Posted July 12, 2002 Share Posted July 12, 2002 It depends on the server. If it is a pure server, you cannot use any files that the server doesn't have. Most servers are pure, so you can't use your skin on most servers. If a server isn't pure, You can use your skin, but noone else will be able to see it unless they also have it (unless the server has downloads enables). At least this is my understanding of it.
