Eagle_e7 Posted July 12, 2002 Share Posted July 12, 2002 Hey guys:) Im having some trouble with my sp level (see sig:D ) The problem im having is that the compiler throws this error at me...... Lightmaps exceed max memory <10371072 > 83886087> After recieving this error the level loads in full brightness mode. The worst part is that it goes though 4 hours of compilation before giving me the error:rolleyes:, which makes it difficult to test out different things to get it working. Eagle_e7 Posted July 13, 2002 Author Share Posted July 13, 2002 Fixed it:D For those that receive that error aswell, what you need to do is reduce the lightmap quality to compensate. Simply run "bsp Fullvis (1/2 LMs)" instead of "bsp Fullvis" and this should hopefully remedy the error:D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Xzzy Posted July 13, 2002 Share Posted July 13, 2002 well there's gotta be some other problem somewhere then.. there's no reason you shouldn't be able to build a map with fullvis.
