It's really up to you. Most people play with it disabled to maximize their framerate. But if you get very high frame rates, ~80 and above, you can afford to turn this on. With it on, your framerate will never exceed your monitor refresh rate but it does improve image quality. I've got a GF3 Ti 200 and am getting excellent frame rates so I play with it on. Your rig and video card are more powerful than mine so you should be able to afford it to.

 

It adds a feeling of "stability" to the image - that's the best way I can describe it. It was definitely noticeable and for me, worth it.
