When starting out, it's easy to have some difficulty with apparently simple problems. If we know you're a newbie, then we can offer suggestions which may be more obvious or basic to us. However, if you're experienced, we don't want to insult you by offering these real basic answers. Let us know where you stand, and we'll see how we can help.
