colourmap error message - pls help!

Hi all,

 

I get an error message like this:

 

Error: Load TGA: colourmaps not supported (file: "gfx/hud/f_icon_grip.tga")

 

And sometimes like this:

 

Error: Load TGA: only type 2 (RGB), 3 (gray), and 10 (RLE-RGB) images supported (file: "gfx/hud/f_icon_grip.tga")

 

everytime I try to start the game (single player).

 

I tried downloading latest drivers, changing the resolution, color mode etc. (P3 500, 128 Ram, s3 Savage 4)

Have you got any ideas? (Btw the demo works fine)
