Thanks, as soon as I get the ears kinda done, i'll send the rough model for the head, by the way, this is my first model and I'm kinda learning as I go so, please don't laugh at it. Help would be nice though, like suggestions.

I think you're using way too many polys. Try and find a box modelling tutorial and start it over.

Yes. Go look up some tutorials here, I was able to find one that helped me a lot.
