Guest Kurgan Posted June 30, 2000 Share Posted June 30, 2000 Typing in all caps is supposed to mean you are shouting. People generally don't like to be shouted at. Many newbies don't realize this, and type with all caps on. I don't really care much about it, although it does look a little goofy, after using the 'net for years... In JK people often thought I was a newbie (or was angry with them) because I sometimes typed in all caps.
