lo5t_h0pe Posted July 27, 2002 Share Posted July 27, 2002 this is going to sound like a dumb and lazy question to all of you here, but i'll ask it anyway: what is the range of faces that a character model should have? i'm making a large model, so it's going to need to be in the higher range to look good, but i'm not sure what Outcast can do well as far as that goes. thanks guys. lo5t_h0pe Posted July 27, 2002 Author Share Posted July 27, 2002 i thought it would be in that range. quake 3 came out and was supposed to top out at around 900 or 1000 when it came out, but the engine has been modified and improved so much, i was sure it could handle more now. thanks!
