1.04 - Problems with joining my dedicated server

Ever since I installed 1.04, I have not been able to reliably join my server, and others have not been able to join at all. When I join, it gets stuck at "awaiting snapshot...", and in the server console, it says "nickersonm timed out". It also does this for other people.

 

I have found that if I hit esc when it is stuck, and then rejoin without restarting jk2, it works. However, other people still seem unable to join.

 

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be the problem?
