GBJackson2
Greetings to all. Not long ago, I cross-posted a request to several boards on this network for assistance with a "movie" project using the cinematic features of JK2. I am pleased to report that the the ball has begun rolling. There are two clear members to the Chronicles of the Rebellion development team, aside from myself: MustaPekka - Set Architect ========================== MustaPekka comes on board with four years of experience with the Radiant editor and has worked on a variety of personal projects for Jedi Outcast, SiN and Max Payne. He is currently working on the first set that will be used in "Chronicles of the Rebellion: Episode I - A Twist of Fate" Lazarus85 - Concept Artist ========================== Lazarus85 has offered to convert concept discriptions of characters into artwork. This will then be handed over to 3D Modelers and/or Skinners to begin work on translating the art into the 3D incarnations that will be seen in the final product. There are MANY more positions that will need to be filled before the project can actually begin in truth, but thanks to these two individuals, pre-production can begin. I will be putting together a project web site soon and will request hosting for it on jediknightii.net. There, visitors will be able to see the progress of the project. As suggested, we may do a series of small mini-films using sets that will appear in COTR1. These may range from serious to comedic, but will prove as an excellent form of experimentation and a great learning process for us. We will be making these available to the community. That's where the Chronicles of the Rebellion project stands right now. If you have any questions about how you can get involved or what positions we have available, send me a private message, and I will be more than happy to address them. Thank you all for your time. May the Force be with you...
