This is where I'm stuck (I'll need a step-by-step), I've got the 10 Megabyte tools thing that raven released by the way (if it helps!!), I open the file in GameData (code) and open up the game folder (not cgame). - I change the command line for rocket speed (900 down to 300) and save it, then I go back to game and open the game.bat file.
