jedimod3++ problem

Need some advice or help here. I have 2 machines running outcast. One usually runs server. When I run the JKM3++ on the server machine and try to link to it with another machine running the same mod I get an error after others start to join the server about kyles model and it kicks me off the server. I also notice a bunch of error text about files not found when running the game on the actual gaming machine. I downloaded and installed the mod exactly the same on both machines is there something I did wrong? Any help would be appriciated thanks.
