how do you chain swings?

If you hold down the attack button in red stance, and move in a standard direction (forward, backward, left right), he will swing twice. After that, change the direction forty five degrees from the direction you were going. Example:

Forward, hold attack (two top-down hacks). Towards the end of the second swing, go diagonally foward and right. Ta-da! You now have the easiest red stance combo down. Now try it with diagonally forward and left. And here's some more

Forward Left, Foward, Forward Right

Forward Right, Right, Back Right

Right, Right, Back Right

Remember you can go to a DFA in any of the swings (toward middle of swing, move forward and press jump).

You get the idea now. But there is one problem with red stance combos. Don't do them in duel servers with force. If someone's doing combos, then saber throw is a sure hit.

LOL Theres this clan from the zone that mainly only uses 3 heavy downward swings. Hes what they do...

-Downward Swing Forward

-Diaginal Swing Foward+Left

-Downward Swing Forward

-Back flip

-Repeat

But with me in the mix it's

-Downward Swing Forward

-Medium Slash

-BackFlip

-Downward Swing Forward

-Medium Slash

-Back flip

-Downward Swing Forward

-Medium Slash

-BackFlip

-Downward Swing Forward

-Medium Slash

-Downward Swi....Dead.

Its kinda annoying to fight when its the same tactic over and over agian.

just remember this rule of thumb, you can go make up your own combos that's more comfortable to your style of fighting.

Any direction of red strike could be repeated twice, for the third swing you must change direction of swing.

you could do three swings all in different directions even, if they follow with the last swing. For instance:

right, right forward, forward

there's also tons of variations that could be added with flipping since swings in red are not effected in direction when you jump. It's hard to explain, but once you see it, you'll know what I'm talking about.
