I posted this in the modeling forum, and was told that i might get a better answere over here. I have been trying to compile Jabba the hutt in assimalte. Our team orginal wanted to just slam him in a map, and have him have simple animations grafted to the default gla.

 

However, I created a new skeleton for jabba and wegihted it down to the mesh. I have been getting errors in assimalte, but I got rid of them, left and right. So now I am down to an interesting error.

Not sure what this means, I tried scaling all the bones down to 1 by 1 which are the same scale used by the player model. The scales before where even in both width and height.

 

If anybody has information to help me out, Thank you in advance. I like like for this to work, but if it isn't going to be feasible, please let me know.
