Spawnig Stuff

I'm stuck. Can someone tell me how to spawn weapons and shields in Single Player?

I never bothered to learn how to do items...

 

But for shields just type in Give Armor.

Give Health with give you...you guessed it health.

Just fill up your guages directly instead of spawning an item and picking it up.

Give Ammo

 

or, screw the other commands and simply type:

 

Give All
