(Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence). go to this site: http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ and download the small application and install it. what it does is run in the background of your machine and downloads packets of information from observatories and analyzes it and sends it back to the lab. It doesn't require any interaction unless you want to connect to the internet manually. We have a team of people from xwingalliance.net who have been doing this for a while. It's made for some fun competition to see who can get the most packets. We really want more people on our team, so I'm asking YOU!
