Resetting Scores When Dueling

Everytime I host a duel, I run into the problem where we practice a few rounds, get a score then we want to go live. However if I try rcon commands like changing the map or restarting the map, the previous score remains. I notice that if you type reconnect in console it will clear the score, but the other person that remains gets a win and thus causes more grief. Anyone know how to properly zero scores to begin a new match without having to exit the server and go back in?
