Qui-gon Jinns skill is 100, and level 10, why dosnt he have the force shooting thing?

Hey, i just got qui-gon maxed out on every board, and he has beat the game, so why dosnt he have the l2 x move(the one were he shoots the force or something)all the other charatcters have there moves except mace windu, because I havnt completley reaised him yet, please tell me what is going on, thanks

Hmmm...you get the Force powers automatically, as opposed to haveing to select them as you would new, earned moves, if memory serves.

 

So...I have no idea.
