I'm including an appendix to the guide for people who have rented the game and don't have the booklet. I'm only including information that I don't think you could guess simply by playing and pushing the buttons. So my question: What, if anything, is NOT obvious and you needed the booklet to figure out (for me, the art of blocking). Another thing that the instructions did not explain were those three point level icons on the level select screen.
