Walk/Run Toggle help

I really have no knowledge of the scripting in JK2 so could someone help me make a walk/run toggle key. I hate having to hold the button when I want to walk. I just want a toggle.

easy, just make a new text document, rename it to autoexec.cfg and put it in the jk2/gamedata/base folder. Now open the cfg and inside type bind x "cl_run !" (substitute x for the key you want) and then save the changes. That should do it.
