official vs copied difference in dammage?

me in my clan have been discussing this after sharing some experiences in combat and seems that the ones in our community with a copied version have a harder time damaging and killing opponents (for instance shoot 4 rockets 2 kill someone, get 2 rockets u r dead, or saber attacks same story)

 

have 2 agree that it sometimes looks like certain players kill u much easier the u kill them with the same weapons firing the same way, it cant be a connection thing since 2 of em have this in either hosting or joining games, they dont use any mods but have a legal copy

 

if anyone experiences the same problem lemme know.

 

i dont know if this really is the case but if it is its some damn clever copy protection thing)

They would probably not put that into the game, because it wouldn't deter anyone from copying the game. They would take the less damage over paying for it. I don't think it would be possible to do that anyway. Aren't all the files from the real game the copied one so your computer, server, etc. wouldn't know the diffrence.
